Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a high-performing team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high standards of culinary excellence. Handle POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy and integrity. Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and coordinate with vendors to minimize waste and optimize food management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training. Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to meet operational goals while maintaining profitability. Implement staff training programs focused on customer service, food handling, safety procedures, and operational best practices. Oversee shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellent service. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes to select qualified candidates aligned with the restaurant's standards. Maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a strong background in restaurant management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and culinary standards gained through culinary or hospitality experience. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety practices, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry. Supervising or team management experience with a focus on staff training & development in hospitality settings. Familiarity with catering, banquet operations, or hotel restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Strong leadership skills complemented by excellent communication abilities; capable of interviewing candidates effectively and fostering a motivated team environment. Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to food handling and restaurant operations is essential.
