- Work closely with the General Manager in planning objectives
- Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate events and promotions
- Direct hiring, training, and scheduling
- Participate in weekly management meeting
- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years previous bar and restaurant experience. Minimum one year in a management role
- Good organizational skills for dealing with diverse duties and staff
- Genuine passion for People, Great Food and Service!!!!
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail, hospitality and enthusiastic personality to train and lead
- 8 hour shift
