We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Restaurant Manager

to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant functions, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of hospitality. A background in Bar tending & mixology recommended.

Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing, training, and evaluating team members Manage OpenTable & Toast. Must be literate in Excel & Power point. ( Menu creating ) Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize food presentation and service flow

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS Prior experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Background in food service, restaurant experience, or kitchen management is highly desirable Experience in interviewing and hiring staff to build strong teams Knowledge of food handling regulations and customer service excellence is essential Barista experience or bar management background is considered an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $51,600.00-$81,749.22 per year

Expected hours: 44 - 60 per week
