Summary

'We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team at WingsUp! in Canada. Located in Liberty Village Toronto, this role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.'

Responsibilities

Engage in daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.

Lead, motivate, and manage and work along restaurant staff to achieve performance goals. Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures Responsible for daily reports and cash management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement training programs for staff development. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Promote a positive team culture aligned with our brand values.'

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate employees and work along side of them. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficiency with POS systems such as Auphan Dining. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.'

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
