Supervise, recruit, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive work culture.
Oversee customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain Japanese hospitality standards.
Control food, labor, and operating costs; manage inventory and cash flow.
Act as main liaison with Distillery District management on lease, facilities, and event matters.
Develop, operate, and maintain the company website; manage digital promotion and SEO.
Support BOKU Group sales of Frozen Ramen to retail chains and supermarkets.
Collect and analyze market feedback to improve sales and brand presence.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience, including at least 18 months of restaurant management experience; Japanese dining experience preferred.
Leadership: Proven record of managing a team of 5 or more employees for at least 3 years.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Japanese language skills are an asset.
Knowledge of Canadian food safety, labor laws, and compliance standards.
Experience with website operation, digital marketing, and social media promotion.
Sales or business development experience in the food industry is an advantage.
