We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
Train and supervise new employees in restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
Monitor restaurant cleanliness and organization to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Experience
Proven experience in Asian food restaurant management.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in supervising kitchen operations is advantageous.
