Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards Manage staff performance through training, development, and effective team management Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering processes to ensure adequate stock levels Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Handle cash management and POS operations, Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provide ongoing training for all employees Develop budgets and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and presentation

Experience



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices Experience with quick service & fast food restaurants as well as casual dining environments Familiarity with fine dining standards is a plus Demonstrated ability in staff training, development, and shift management Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cash handling procedures Excellent leadership skills with a focus on hospitality management Culinary experience is preferred; banquet or catering experience is an advantage Previous experience in supervising teams within a kitchen or restaurant setting

Pay: $61,303.06-$138,767.36 per year
