We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant floor Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a hands-on professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, responsible for overseeing the heart of our guest-facing operations. This role focuses on managing our team of bussers, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation of our dining areas, and guaranteeing the continuous replenishment of our diverse food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise a team of bussers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure the team meets and exceeds service standards.
Motivate the team to work collaboratively to maintain a seamless flow of table availability for our guests.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction:
Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and pleasant dining atmosphere.
Proactively address and resolve any guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and a commitment to satisfaction.
Monitor dining room and buffet areas to anticipate and respond to guest needs swiftly.
Impeccable Cleanliness & Presentation:
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the dining room, buffet stations, and all guest-facing areas.
Implement and oversee a rigorous cleaning schedule for tables, chairs, floors, and service stations.
Ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly and efficiently to welcome new customers.
Buffet Maintenance & Replenishment:
Oversee the continuous and timely replenishment of all food and beverage items on the buffet lines.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a consistent supply of fresh, high-quality dishes.
Maintain the attractive presentation and organization of all buffet stations throughout service hours.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor, preferably in a buffet or high-volume dining setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of successfully coaching and developing staff.
A meticulous eye for detail, particularly concerning cleanliness, organization, and food presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both team members and guests.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and effective under pressure.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
