As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Manage and train staff in customer service, food preparation, and safety protocols.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
Implement effective team management strategies to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Utilize POS systems for order processing and financial reporting.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.

Strong food handling knowledge and adherence to food safety protocols.
