And TIPS!Here's What You'll Be Doing: Support the management of a successful pub or restaurant by working with the General Manager Hire and develop a great team that gives guests a SUPERB experience every time. Keep turnover and costs low. And to do everything else it takes to run a great establishment!This Is What You'll Need: One year of Pub / Restaurant Front-of-House Management Experience preferred. A degree OR diploma in the Restaurant & Hospitality field is a definite asset Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong proficiency operating a cash register, handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system. Ability to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours and lift / safely maneuver objects of up to 50lbs on a frequent basis Positive attitude and ability to work 50 hours per week Smart Serve Certified First Aid Certification is an asset Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset Reliable transportationIf this sounds like an exciting challenge for you, we can't wait to meet you!Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
