Keep turnover and costs low. And to do everything else it takes to run a great establishment!This Is What You'll Need: One year of Pub / Restaurant Front-of-House Management Experience preferred. A degree OR diploma in the Restaurant & Hospitality field is a definite asset Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments Strong proficiency operating a cash register, handling cash and operating a Point of Sale system.
