Key Responsibilities
Oversee all
front-of-house operations
with a strong emphasis on fine-dining service standards
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a professional FOH team (servers, bartenders, hosts, supervisors)
Maintain and elevate
guest experience
, service flow, and attention to detail
Manage
wine program execution
: staff wine education, proper service, upselling, and guest guidance
Work closely with ownership and culinary leadership to align service with brand vision
Handle scheduling, labour control, and floor management
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, discretion, and confidence
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
Maintain a polished dining room, service stations, and wine storage standards
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in fine dining
(upscale casual alone will not be considered)
Strong wine knowledge
(WSET, CMS, or equivalent experience strongly preferred)
Proven ability to manage high-expectation clientele and premium service environments
Confident floor presence and excellent communication skills
Deep understanding of fine-dining service timing, etiquette, and standards
Experience with POS systems, labour management, and financial awareness
Calm, professional leadership style with high attention to detail
