Lead the Summerside venue -- all operations, the team, the P&L, and community relationships. You'll set the tone in a busy, multi-brand restaurant + bar + banquet facility and be the point person for sales, events, and operations.
What you'll do
Oversee all daily operations -- front and back of house, purchasing, staffing, and payroll.
Drive sales through local outreach, event bookings, and seasonal programming (live music nights, banquets, patio events).
Hire, develop, and retain managers and hourly staff; foster a hardworking, team-first culture.
Track financial performance: sales targets, labor optimization, and food cost. Prepare reports for ownership.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, licensing, and safety (work with the sanitation plan and maintain standards).
Work with partners to activate the beverage program and community events.
