The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all front-of-house operations
Work closely with the kitchen lead to maintain smooth service and communication
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts efficiently
Order and manage inventory and supplies on a weekly basis
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any service-related issues professionally
Maintain a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a fast-paced restaurant
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
