Job Overview


The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and supervise all front-of-house operations Work closely with the kitchen lead to maintain smooth service and communication Schedule and coordinate staff shifts efficiently Order and manage inventory and supplies on a weekly basis Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any service-related issues professionally Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:



Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a fast-paced restaurant Proven leadership and team management abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
