Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager & Owner to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. We are wanting to partner with an owner operator in a new restaurant/ pub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on customer service, team management, and operational efficiency. As the Restaurant Manager, you will ensure that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to create a cohesive team environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and presentation standards. Utilize POS systems (including Micros POS) for efficient order processing and cash handling. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Conduct regular inventory checks and manage food handling practices to minimize waste. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and increase customer engagement. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership, and professional growth.

Experience



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership skills. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management in a restaurant setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create memorable dining experiences for guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience in interviewing potential staff members to build a strong team is preferred. Previous experience in hospitality or barista roles is a plus. Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
