Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with food safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to enhance their skills in customer service and food handling. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase patronage. Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budget adherence. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members.

Strong team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Proven experience in restaurant management with a thorough understanding of kitchen operations. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
