Firehouse Subs is a brand founded by two firefighters in 1994, and now has over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. Our sandwiches are unique because we slice our meats fresh in-house daily, and our steaming process awakens the flavours of our premium meats and cheeses. With generous portions and craveable combinations, our subs are like nothing you've tasted before! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food preparation and service. The Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests while fostering a motivated and efficient team.
Responsibilities
You'll have the responsibility to running and managing all aspects of the restaurant.

You'll promote the goals and targets of the restaurant, whether its speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, or upselling - you communicate clear expectations and make achieving these goals fun!
You're not only able to run a smooth and effective shift on the floor, but you also manage back-end tasks like inventory, ordering, product quality, standards adherence, restaurant goal-setting, team member recruitment, and team training/development/coaching
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory/managerial role, preferably in a quick service environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in basic financial management and reporting
Experience in recruitment, training and coaching
Strong work ethic with the curiosity to learn, grow and ask questions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
