Restaurant Manager

who will be as passionate about our business as we are.

Your duties:

Delivering extraordinary guest experience

Directing restaurant operations - ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively

Training and mentoring your Associates to be guest-focused

Motivating peak team performance

Managing, monitoring and analyzing costs

Ensure operational and brand compliance are met on all barBurrito standards and policies

Work to attain and acquire new customers

Successfully pass all in-store audits

Maintain active files on all associates

Train all in-house associates on new product rollouts

Ability to deal with guest complaints

Flexible work schedule

Your qualifications:

Committed to working full time in a challenging QSR environment

A minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in the QSR industry

Organized, results-driven and a proven multi-tasker
