We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager. The (F&B) Manager will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within the venue, ensuring smooth service, high-quality standards, and profitability. Responsibilities include forecasting, planning, completion of reports, organizing and directing all food and beverage operations in the venue. Including managing staff, developing menus, controlling inventory and costs, budgeting and maintaining customer satisfaction. F&B Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to the overall success of the establishment. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenues, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. While implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department while enhancing and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction while remaining profitable
