Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager. The (F&B) Manager will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within the venue, ensuring smooth service, high-quality standards, and profitability. Responsibilities include forecasting, planning, completion of reports, organizing and directing all food and beverage operations in the venue. Including managing staff, developing menus, controlling inventory and costs, budgeting and maintaining customer satisfaction. F&B Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contribute to the overall success of the establishment. Your primary objective will be to maximize sales and revenues, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, fostering employee engagement and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. While implementing innovative strategies and maintaining high standards you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our F&B department while enhancing and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction while remaining profitable

Key Responsibilities:



Operations Management: Managing all F&B and day to day operations of the restaurant within
budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards

Menu Development: Creating, designing and updating menus. Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service. Staff Management: Lead F&B team by attracting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising food and beverage staff. Inventory and Cost Control: Managing inventory levels, monitoring food and beverage costs, purchasing goods and optimizing resource utilization Customer Service: Provide excellent levels of internal and external customer service, identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns and ensure a positive dining experience Compliance: Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as other relevant health and safety standards. Financial Management: Monitoring revenue, expenses, and profitability, contributing to the overall financial performance of the department. Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms. Event Coordination: Collaborating with event planners and other teams to ensure seamless service for special events and functions.

Leadership and Management: Ability to motivate, guide, and supervise a team effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet
deadlines.

Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of food and beverage preparation, menu planning, and presentation. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. Customer Service Orientation: A focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications for Food And Beverage Manager



Culinary/Hospitality degree is preferred 2 years of previous management experience 4 years of experience in the restaurant industry Flexibility in working schedule (must be able to work weekends) Strong problem solving skills Great organizational skills Ability to forecast how much food is needed Ability to delegate tasks Great leadership abilities Deep knowledge of the food industry Customer oriented mindset Ability to communicate with all levels of staff Ability to create reports to give to ownership
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,070.33-$68,448.17 per year

Experience:

Restaurant management: 2 years (preferred)
