• Driven leader who treats their workplace like their own business
• Outstanding team player with excellent work ethic
• Passionate about process, with a high degree of detail and have effective time management skills
• Strong time management and people management skills
• 3+ years with bar experience

The must haves

• Proven ability to grow the business, increase sales and drive traffic, all while improving the guest experience.
• Bar management and best practices
• Experience with managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Proven track record of collaborating with the Back Of House on producing the best possible experience
• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimize costs, including food, beverage, and labour costs
• Passionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trends
• Successful in training others to master technical skills
• Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

About us The Ocean View Hotel is one of the longest standing hotels to serve the community and embrace visitors in Prince Rupert. Under new ownership, the OV Burger Bar is the first step towards injecting a new and promising vision to the Ocean View Hotel, which aims to bring a high quality product and a great experience to its customers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Benefits:
