Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining high standards of service in both casual and fine dining settings.

Duties



Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient workflow. Train, develop, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and adherence to safety regulations. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Utilize POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for cash handling and transaction management. Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maximizing profitability. Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed to maintain staffing levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen management to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications



Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling practices. Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with quick service & fast food environments as well as fine dining establishments is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Background in hospitality management or culinary arts is advantageous. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
