Manage complete restaurant(s) operations, coordinate activities and control inventory.
Schedule staff rosters and evaluate their performance on day to day basis
Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance.
Arranges the purchase and pricing of goods and services according to budget.
Inspects dining facilities to ensure they comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Select, train and supervise kitchen and other staff.
Discuss and finalize catering orders for big or small events
Responsible for finalising agreements with all suppliers and vendors
Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Education:
Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
2-3 years experience in the relevant field is required.
