We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
Maintain inventory levels and manage cash handling procedures effectively.
Train and mentor kitchen staff on food handling techniques and operational procedures.
Implement POS systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the kitchen.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking processes is preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
