We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive dining experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Manage and train staff in customer service, food handling, and kitchen procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining food quality standards. Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for cash handling and order processing. Supervise daily activities of restaurant personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu items that meet customer preferences.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Experience with cash handling procedures and POS systems (Micros POS preferred). Background in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is highly desirable. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
