Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and promptness. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation and menu planning to meet customer preferences. Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement.

Skills

Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and food safety standards. Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on hospitality excellence. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff towards achieving operational goals. Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus. Excellent interviewing skills for hiring new team members. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
