We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining food preparation standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Implement promotional activities to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Utilize POS systems for order management and financial reporting.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
