del's Italian Kitchen at the Charcoal Steakhouse is seeking a dynamic, focused and dedicated Foodservice Professionals to join our team as Service Manager as we gear up to a very busy summer. You will report directly to the General Manager. We have been providing second to none guest experiences for over 65 years. Our Team is dedicated, laser focused and tenacious about maintaining our standing as the premier Italian dining out experience in the region.
We are looking for someone that shares our passion for the industry, our dedication to making every experience outstanding, and our focus on developing a whole team to insure we provide a workplace where our team can learn, grow, have fun and make money.
As our Service Manager, you will recruit, hire, train and develop an incredible team that will work for you. You bring laser focus to Guest experiences, developing new team members as well as constantly looking for ways to enhance our current team members to constantly push our service program forward. You will work collaboratively with your fellow Managers, Culinary team and Support Team. Your winning mindset will be contagious to all around you and your desire to grow the business will be infectious to your whole team.
We require previous experience in a high volume dining environment in a supervisory or Management role and a demonstrated ability to lead a team of foodservice professionals.
