Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant software for inventory management, scheduling, etc.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail
Please note that experience in bartending or hotel management is preferred but not required. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for the restaurant industry who is willing to learn and grow in this role.

Pay: $21.00-$29.00 per hour
