Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Restaurant Manager

to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our bustling dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of food preparation, food safety, and hospitality standards to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing restaurant operations, and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise and motivate staff, including interviewing and hiring new team members. Manage food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety standards. Handle cash transactions, POS systems (including Micros POS), and cash handling procedures accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and dining areas. Lead team management efforts, including training staff in food service, hospitality, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent supply of ingredients and materials. Address customer concerns promptly to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement operational policies that promote efficiency and quality control across all departments. Maintain knowledge of industry trends to continuously improve restaurant performance.

Experience



Proven supervisory or management experience in the food service or hospitality industry. Extensive restaurant experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms. Prior experience in food handling, serving, and kitchen operations is highly desirable. Leadership skills demonstrated through team management, interviewing, and training staff members. Experience with hotel or barista settings is a plus but not required. Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety, sanitation, and customer service excellence is essential. Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
