Ragazzi Restobar is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. Our vision is to combine our love for authentic Italian cuisine with East Coast culture and warm, genuine hospitality. We are looking for a strong leader who is excited to grow with Ragazzi long-term and help deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
5+ years of restaurant experience, including management or supervisory roles
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and support staff
Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency
Hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of FOH staff
Ensuring exceptional customer service and handling guest concerns professionally
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
Strong knowledge of food, wine service, and hospitality standards
Managing reservations and service flow during busy shifts
Collaborating with ownership and kitchen leadership to meet business goals
POS experience, inventory management, and relevant certifications considered an asset
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
