Job Description
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team at Giorgio\xe2\x80\x99s Cuccina. Located at 206 Jarvis Street, Whitehorse, YT. Requirements:
- Keep track of bar inventory & supplies, forecast needs, and place liquor orders
- Hire, train, and supervise front of house employees
- Create dining room staff schedule to ensure appropriate staffing
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Ensure all employees are completing opening and closing duties
- Audit cash out at end of shifts
- Minimum 2 years experience in team leadership and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest of service standards
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail with integrity to elevate the guest experience
- A passion for hospitality
