The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, with a focus on providing our customers with great food and fantastic service and a genuine commitment to building a dedicated and motivated team.

Duties include:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant in accordance with prescribed operating procedures.
Achieve operational excellence by reaching and surpassing target goals.
Recruit and hire staff, oversee staff training, and deal with all staff issues which may arise.
Coach, recognize, and motivate staff while working to reach shift targets and celebrate achievements.
Control food and labour costs.
Control and maintain inventory.
Prepare daily deposits and do bank runs.
Complete daily timecards for payroll.
Prepare daily shift planner, prep sheets, checklists and positions chart.
Establish positive guest relations and facilitate guest retention.
Support the business goals and educate staff on new products and promotions.
Model safety and security procedures, ensure health and safety regulations are followed and comply with all food safety policies and regulations.
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy and respect for customers and other staff members in all situations.
