Duties
Manage and supervise all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities
Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality standards and food safety compliance
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking
Maintain inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team
Handle shift management, scheduling staff shifts efficiently to meet business demands
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Manage food production processes, including catering, banquets, and bar services when applicable
Implement food safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant financial management
Conduct interviews and participate in hiring qualified personnel to build a competent team
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a strong background in food service operations
Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and culinary processes
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience
Background in managing quick service & fast-food restaurants as well as fine dining or casual dining environments preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee inventory control and food production efficiently
Excellent communication skills for staff training, customer service, and team coordination
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel food service is advantageous
Culinary experience or barista/coffee experience is a plus but not mandatory
