Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Restaurant Manager

to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant. A background in food preparation, kitchen management, and customer relations is essential to excel in this position.

Duties

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and kitchen activities Lead and motivate a team of servers, kitchen staffs to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with health regulations Manage cash handling, POS systems , and financial transactions accurately Interview and hire new team members; conduct staff training and performance evaluations Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate food safety procedures Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment at all times Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels Implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant offerings and increase patronage

Experience

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food industry standards Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff members Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
