As a Restaurant Manager at CPK, you're not just managing a restaurant -- you're helping build something new and exciting. You'll work side-by-side with the General Manager to lead all aspects of day-to-day operations, while developing and empowering a strong team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example and support the daily operations of the restaurant Coach and develop FOH and BOH team members Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold CPK hospitality standards Assist with scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment Address guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care Play a key role in training, onboarding, and team engagement Support community-building efforts and local marketing initiatives Step into the GM role when needed and act as a true second-in-command
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
