Duties
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members to provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency.
Handle cash management and POS transactions accurately.
Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and profitability.
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed by all staff members.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Excellent supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership.
Ability to conduct interviews and train new staff effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Experience in cash handling procedures within a restaurant setting.
