Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to foster a high-performance work environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including POS transactions and cash handling procedures.
Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices to maintain health standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food execution, and inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Recruit an effective team, including interviewing potential employees and scheduling shifts.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant premises.
Uphold hospitality standards that promote a welcoming environment for guests.
Qualifications
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety protocols.
Experience with cash handling, Google Sheets, Word and gmail required.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff.
Background in food handling, serving, and restaurant operations is essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to interview candidates and participate in hiring processes.
