Restaurant Manager: Mexican Restaurant / Quick Service
We're looking for a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground Working Manager who knows that real leadership happens side-by-side with your team, not from behind a computer. This is an active role for someone who thrives in the moving parts of a busy restaurant, understands how to follow systems, and is committed to driving sales through genuine hospitality--not paperwork
What We're Looking For:
A manager who leads by example: you're not afraid to mop, jump on the line, or roll up your sleeves to get the kitchen cleaned and organized.
Someone who understands the difference between service and hospitality--and knows how to train a team in both.
A strong background in staff development is a must. You know how to coach, teach, correct, and elevate your team.
A doer, not a delegator. You get in there, you show how it's done, and you hold the standards.
Someone who can follow instructions, execute systems, and maintain consistency across the operation.
A working manager focused on building sales through guest experience, speed, quality, and team performance--not someone in a suit, not a desk-manager, and not a "clip-board pusher."
Requirements:
Must be available all weekends and all holidays--no exceptions.
Physically capable of supporting a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Excited to grow, take on more, and be part of a team that's building something bigger.
Quick service or restaurant management experience strongly preferred, but mindset, drive, and work ethic matter most.
