Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members to ensure excellent food service and customer satisfaction
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and cash handling using POS systems such as Micros POS
Manage inventory levels, food safety compliance, and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with health regulations
Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed by all staff members
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are maintained
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experience
Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency
Maintain a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, hospitality, and leadership among staff
Experience
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting with strong team management skills
Extensive knowledge of food industry standards including food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and handling procedures
Experience with restaurant management systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Background in hospitality or hotel management is preferred
Previous roles involving food service, serving, or kitchen experience are highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent customer service skills
Experience in interviewing and training staff members is advantageous
Familiarity with barista or bar management experience is a plus
