Monitor and drive daily sales to maximize revenue and minimize costs without compromising our guests' satisfaction
Work collaboratively and closely with the kitchen team
Demonstrate strong leadership, direction, and best-in-class customer service
Exert cost control for labor, inventory, and food waste and minimize the cost and expense
The service manager directly reports to the owners
Perform and assist other duties as required by the owners
