Job Description

Oversees all the daily operations for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner Supervising, staffing, evaluating, recruiting Develops and maintains a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for associates and guests Monitor and drive daily sales to maximize revenue and minimize costs without compromising our guests' satisfaction Work collaboratively and closely with the kitchen team Demonstrate strong leadership, direction, and best-in-class customer service Exert cost control for labor, inventory, and food waste and minimize the cost and expense The service manager directly reports to the owners Perform and assist other duties as required by the owners

Responsibilities & Tasks



Assure proper service staffing for maximum productivity and maintain high-quality food and service to exceed guests' satisfaction Emphasize to ensure consistency with our standard of set portion sizes, presentation, taste, and texture Proper delegation of tasks is planned and implemented. Provide excellent guest service for table service, guest inquiry, and promote the restaurant Promote professional work habits, encourage associates to act with integrity and recognize this trait in others, and reward them appropriately Addresses guests ' feedback and complaints immediately for problem-solving effectively Order and purchase the service inventories and supplies to maintain an adequate par level while ensuring operation smoothly and exceeding guests' expectations Follow through with all repairs and maintenance and alert the owners of any work required. Coordinate and deal with regular governmental inspection (e.g., health and fire prevention inspector)

Experience, Skills & Requirement



Require at least 2 years of managerial working experience in food and beverage service or a comparable position in the hospitality industry. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to build and lead a collaborative team to achieve the company's goals With exceptional technical, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a positive and safe work environment, motivate teams, and seek new challenges Conflict management skills are required to meet guest and employee satisfaction independently With comprehensive knowledge to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoints, Outlook) and POS systems Know social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) is preferred Familiarize with safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures Ability to conduct oneself calmly and effectively under pressure Solutions and detail-oriented individual with a high degree of professionalism Passionate about food and beverage and customer services Valid Smart Serve Certificate a MUST A valid Driver's license is preferred
