We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a background in the food industry, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
Supervise and train new staff
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety guidelines in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming environment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising staff.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive dining experiences.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality sector.
