Job Description
Restaurant Manager We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual for Mid/Night Manager of a high paced and successful Greek and Italian Restaurant. Qualifications and Responsibilities Include:
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with employees and the public.
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills while using sound judgment.
- The ability to work independently, be able to handle stress and the unexpected effectively and responsibly.
- Support all departments, foster teamwork always, exercise initiative and guidance.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with excellent time management skills.
- Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of a challenging fast paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours \xe2\x80\x93 midday until late evening or closing shifts.
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a managerial position. Additional education, training or experience is an asset.
Part-time hours: 40 per week Salary: From $16.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Brandon, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
