We are now expanding our team and looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can lead operations with professionalism and passion.
Role Summary
The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing Indian cuisine restaurants and a strong understanding of Punjabi/North Indian culinary culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
Maintain restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and hygiene as per FSSAI and company standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality, taste, and presentation remain consistent.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
Guest Experience & Customer Service
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the restaurant.
Team Management
Supervise, train, and schedule staff members (front-of-house & back-of-house).
Conduct staff evaluations, performance reviews, and ensure discipline.
Promote teamwork and create a positive work environment.
Financial & Administrative Duties
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing accuracy, and reporting.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Reduce operational wastage and optimize resources.
Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and health regulations.
Marketing & Promotions
Support marketing activities, special events, food festivals, and promotions.
Increase customer engagement through loyalty programs, feedback systems, and online presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience
as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
Strong knowledge of Punjabi/North Indian dishes, ingredients, and dining standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams efficiently.
Good knowledge of POS systems, billing software, and basic computer skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude.
