Responsibilities

Manage inventory control, supplier ordering, and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.
Operate and oversee POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health department requirements.
Coordinate staff scheduling and shift management to ensure efficient service during peak and off-peak hours.
Monitor financial performance through budgeting, cost control, sales tracking, and profitability analysis.
Address guest feedback, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance the overall dining experience.
