Panago Pizza is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to join its team in Abbotsford.As a Store Manager, you will have an unparalleled passion for guest service, restaurant operations, people development and management of profitability. We want someone who is a clear communicator and is open-minded, innovative, reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented.MANAGER ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading a team of 15-30 employees including Chefs, Drivers, Supervisors and Assistant Manager.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and developing dedicated employees and leaders
• Manage shifts within the restaurant to include all aspects of staff supervision, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, cash control, food quality and food safety.
• Create an exciting atmosphere in our establishment to encourage repeat business.

• Manage all aspects of shift scheduling using our online program
• Ensure staff follow recipes and company standard operating procedures to ensure consistently high quality products
• Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service and motivate employees to maintain a positive, upbeat work environment.
• Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performances of the business

• Complete administrative duties including: sales reports, scheduling, inventory, daily labor management, food cost etc.

• Enforce policies and procedures identified in the employee handbook.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Food Safe Level I (or equivalent)
• 3+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry
• Great combination of networking and entrepreneurialism

Candidate will be required to successfully complete a 5-week training program as part of their onboarding process as well as an advanced food safety course. All training is paid and provided by Panago.This is a multi-unit operation and there will be significant opportunities for growth and development within the organization.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:
