Join the Guest Services team at Vancouver's most iconic restaurant, Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House! We are currently looking to fill full-time and part-time positions with prior restaurant experience. Roles & Responsibilities

Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact Make/coordinate reservations for guests Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide excellent service Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas Maintain a waitlist and provide accurate wait times Perform opening and closing duties Other administrative duties relating to the restaurant Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

What We're Looking For

As a member of our Guest Services team, you are the first point of contact for all of our guests. We are looking for outgoing and charismatic individuals who genuinely love providing top-level service. To excel in this position you need to have the following:

Previous restaurant experience required in upscale setting Experience with GuestCenter or OpenTable required Enthusiastic and welcoming personality; a natural leader Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanour Strong sense of teamwork Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure Daytime availability, including weekends Wage will be based upon experience*

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
