Brothers 2 is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing
Hostess/Host
to be the first welcoming face our guests see when they walk through the door. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great first impression, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating efficiently Communicate clearly with servers and management to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Assist with takeout orders and guest flow during busy periods Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment Strong customer service skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask Team-oriented and dependable
