Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow Maintain a clean and organized host stand area Assist guests with seating, answer questions about menu options, and provide information about the restaurant Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and assist with reservations or inquiries Utilize Resy POS system to manage seating and reservations Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all guest interaction areas Assist with running food and drinks Assist with bussing tables

Experience

Previous experience as a host/host or in food service/hospitality is preferred Familiarity with Resy is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated professionalism and hospitality knowledge are highly valued
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
