What you'll do

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Manage reservations and seating plans efficiently to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and making reservations. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations throughout their visit. Collaborate with team members to create a seamless dining experience for all patrons.

Basic qualifications

Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems Background in food service or hotel guest services is a plus. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
