What you'll do
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between Front and Back of House teams.
Drive operational excellence through effective systems, quality control, and adherence to company standards.
Achieve financial and performance goals, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Manage marketing initiatives, community engagement, and brand-building strategies.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all operations.
Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and supply chain efficiency to support business needs.
Foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture that encourages growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant operations; flexible schedule required.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with POS systems (Touch Bistro preferred).
Skilled in inventory management software, with Margin Edge experience considered an asset.
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and cost-control practices.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and budgeting abilities.
Hands-on leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and effective at multitasking in fast-paced environments.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Holds a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
Certified in Serving It Right and Food Safe.
