The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food handling and preparation. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food preparation techniques are followed. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events or menu items to drive sales.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficient in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and equipment usage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
